Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

We only accept returns in the rare case that an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

• Please submit a your request in our contact form and include your order number and issue with the item. We will respond with the return address details if the return criteria have been met.
  
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging must remain intact.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
